Keil MDK-ARM is now free for STM32F0 and STM32L0 series MCUs

Recently, I got an email from STMicroelectronics for its monthly microcontroller news. The good news is that Keil™ MDK-ARM is now offered free of charge for STM32F0 and STM32L0.

Whats does that all mean? Well, as some of you might know Keil is very well supported and decent MDK for ARM Cortex based STM32 devices, despite having 32 Kbyte code size limit for its evaluation version. Moreover, day-by-day the price point for 32bit MCUs drops dramatically and they become almost comparable to 8bits MCUs out there such as Atmel AVR or Microchip PIC series.  Considering above mentioned facts this is a pretty nice deal for embedded system developers and electronics hobbyists.
